Privacy notice

Littleover Painter & Decorator ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we receive the name, phone number and message you enter. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is your request for a quote (steps prior to entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which acts as a processor. The site is hosted by Netlify. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, accounts and legal obligations.
